Port de Strasbourg

With 500 companies and a strategic position on France's river front, the Port of Strasbourg is France's gateway to the Rhine, Europe's main logistics route. Linked to the major French and European seaports, it plays a major role in the region's economic development.

As France's 2nd largest river port, Alsace's leading freight station and a genuine multimodal transport hub, the Port of Strasbourg handles 7 million tonnes of bulk goods traffic (river and rail) every year, and more than 300,000 tonnes of container traffic.

To meet today's environmental challenges, innovation and re-industrialisation are essential. It promotes the development of industrial and logistics activities positioned in the renewable energies segment and the decarbonisation of the economy.
